Jonathan Dembling is Pink Stone’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Dembling is responsible for leading the direction and management of Pink Stone’s business, legal and operational initiatives. Jon serves on Pink Stone’s Investment and Executive Committees.

Jon joined Pink Stone in 2016 following his work at Herrick Feinstein, Fried Frank, and Goulston & Storrs, where he represented a variety of large-scale real estate companies in a broad range of complex real estate transactions, earning recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. Mr. Dembling has been an advisor to or principal investor in more than $2 billion of commercial real estate transactions throughout his 12+ years in the industry.

Jon serves on UJA’s REX initiative, and previously founded and directed The Linus Foundation, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to providing support and opportunity for children in need.

Jon is a member of the New York and New Jersey state bar associations. He received his B.A. and J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.  He lives on the Upper West Side with his wife and two daughters.
