Pink Stone acquired ownership of 180 Nassau Street in 2011 via a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transaction with the previous owner and lender at the property.

The property is now home to a 10-story, 108,000 square foot 103-unit luxury multifamily rental building styled with a brick-clad façade, factory-inspired windows, and fully-glazed double-height lobby. The property includes 185 feet of frontage along with Nassau and Duffield Streets.

Pink Stone developed the asset with its in-house construction team in conjunction with Karl Fischer Architects and The Rinaldi Group. Pink Stone built the Property non-union, and construction was completed in 16 months – on schedule.  The property was built under NYC’s 421-a program and benefits from a 15-year tax abatement.

Amenities include a shared library on the lobby level, a beautifully landscaped rooftop with a 50-foot reflection pool, a dining area, and cedar planters designated for gardening. The building also boasts a state-of-the-art fitness center. A two-level parking garage, bike room, and storage rooms are conveniently located adjacent to the fitness center, while the upper-level units and rooftop feature sweeping views of Brooklyn and Manhattan.

The residential units feature wide-board oak floors, rift-cut oak kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including Delta pull-down faucets, Whirlpool dishwashers, and LG gas ranges. The bathrooms have floor-to-ceiling ceramic tile, quartz countertops, and Jaco & Sigma features. Many units also feature gorgeous terrace space.
